Schedule of charges

Migration work is charged at $129 per hour, including GST. Additional charges may apply for onsite work or after-hours migrations. We’ll provide an estimate based on the number and size of mailboxes and the migration method.

Backups and data loss

Please keep a separate backup of your data before migration. We’ll take care during the process, but Perth Web Hosting can’t accept responsibility for data loss. If data is missing after migration, you can provide another copy for us to restore.

Email applications

For full Microsoft 365 functionality, use Outlook 2019/365 or the Outlook mobile app. Support for other email programs is limited, and you may need to contact the software provider.

Internet data usage

Check your internet or mobile plan for data limits and excess usage fees before syncing your mailboxes. Large mailboxes can use significant data. Perth Web Hosting isn’t responsible for excess charges from your provider.
